Heating pad for follicle growth

Anyone heard of this? It seems it would work by increasing bloodflow to uterus. Thoughts?

Hello I am currently in my 2ww with IUI #5 this my second time however on Femara. I noticed improvements on my follicles size this time around . last time on cycle day 12 it was only 17mm and 19mm however this time on cd#12 i had one huge mature follicles at 22.5 I actually been sleeping with a heatpad on my stomach for maybe an hour or so ...or whenever it auto shuts down. sometimes i just relax my feet on the heat pad.

also I been doing acupuncture to help with my cycle and blood flow. The acupuncturist places needles around my uterus area , connect two wires on to selected needles and the wires sends a very tiny pulse , they place a heat lamp above my stomach.

I will have ask my doctors if it affects the eggs. I dont believe so since our ovaries are inside the body where it is already warm, unlike the male testicles are outside , and heat can play a negative role.

in Chinese medicine to balance the body's chi it is good to consume warm foods and liquids such as hot tea , or room temperature water, and keep the feet warm especially during your AF cycle.

wish you the best :)
